About the Role

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Contract Manager to lead our grounds maintenance contracts. If you have strong contract management experience or run your own grounds maintenance business, and are ready for a new challenge, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of multiple grounds maintenance contracts, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.
• Manage and develop field teams and staff, maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new service opportunities.
• Mentor junior managers and assist regional directors with projects.
• Handle budgets, P&L, and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Contract Manager in grounds maintenance.
• Experience managing teams across multiple sites.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel.
