We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Operator to support our Maintenance business by managing service data, ensuring system accuracy, and improving operational workflows. If you’re a tech-savvy individual with a keen eye for detail and a knack for staying organised in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to and managing JIRA system tickets with speed and accuracy.
  • Entering and maintaining data across multiple business systems and applications.
  • Updating and aligning work schedules between Excel and internal platforms.
  • Supporting operational teams by assisting with reporting, scheduling, and client portal updates.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining clear audit trails.
  • Identifying and suggesting process improvements to boost operational efficiency.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
