The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are looking for an Arb Surveyor to support the Contract Delivery Manager in the Arb Utility division at Ground Control. You will be responsible for managing the operation for an assigned programme of tree works in the Essex area in and around Purfleet, Chelmsford and Colchester and the surrounding areas. You will take responsibility for driving the programme delivery for both self, contract KPI targets and our tree cutting teams.

This is a field-based role with approximately 3 days in the field and 2 days based at home. You will need a driving licence as you will be driving to rural locations on a regular basis.

You will ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service and profitability. Drive consistency and innovation through everything you do to ensure Ground Control are the best at what we do!

What you will achieve;

  • Responsible for outputs and performance within your projects, measured against safety, quality, production, budget, required timings and client satisfaction.

  • Ensure efficient communication with your assigned office based Project Coordinator and relevant action taken to ensure projects are processed in good time for smooth and efficient project delivery on all projects.

  • Timely and effective reporting and communication through to your Contract Delivery Manager

  • Ensure your assigned tree cutting teams have a suitable work bank and are being fully utilised across the wider contract.

  • Update and manage the Work Programme, SD Programme, Held Up Programme, Planning checklists and all similar programmes for your project and assigned teams.
