Join us, we’re an Investors in People Silver Standard Company Due to the continued growth of our company, we are excited to offer a new position for a Contract Supervisor within our Infrastructure team. Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, the Contract Supervisor/Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in delivering arboriculture, landscaping, ecology, biodiversity, and minor civils projects for clients working on the National Highways Strategic Road Network (SRN). Your leadership will be key in ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, while prioritising safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Contract Manager to survey sites and assess the scope of work. Assist in the planning and organisation of project tasks. Prepare and review safety-critical documentation, including WPP/RAMs, Task Briefs, and Toolbox Talks. Oversee and coordinate all site operations to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide guidance and support to delivery teams across multiple sites. Lead, motivate, and supervise a skilled workforce. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and regulations on-site.
