Graphic Designer/Sign Writer

Are you a creative individual with a passion for design and a solid grasp of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator? Do you want to take your digital skills into a more hands-on, practical role? At Ground Construction Ltd, we’re looking for someone just like you to join our in-house Sign Writing Team. About the Role: You’ll play an important role in producing safety signage for the construction industry, including vehicle graphics, on-site safety signs, and branded materials. You’ll work closely with our experienced signage professionals and receive full training in modern sign writing and application techniques. Key Responsibilities: * Design and prepare artwork for safety signs, vehicle graphics, and site branding * Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create production-ready files * Assist with printing, cutting, and vinyl application * Learn on-the-job techniques including sign installation and vehicle graphics * Ensure artwork meets construction industry standards for safety and visibility What We’re Looking For: * Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator required) * Keen eye for design, layout, and colour * Willingness to learn sign writing and hands-on application processes * Team player with good communication and attention to detail * Nice to have: Basic knowledge of WordPress or website content Experience in sign writing is not required – we’re ready to train the right person with the right attitude.
