The company develops advanced AI and information-intelligence technology that enables defence, security and public-sector organisations to analyse large volumes of complex information, identify important connections and make faster, better-informed decisions.

This is a senior, full-cycle sales role with responsibility for building and converting opportunities across regional police forces, the National Crime Agency, the Home Office, law-enforcement bodies and the UK’s intelligence and security organisations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a full-cycle sales strategy across Policing, Law Enforcement, the Home Office and UKIC
  • Winning new customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Building and maintaining a balanced pipeline against quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Developing a detailed understanding of customer priorities, decision‑making structures and budget cycles
  • Navigating Crown Commercial Service frameworks, G-Cloud and other government procurement routes
  • Positioning complex AI, machine-learning and enterprise software solutions against mission‑critical use cases
  • Building senior relationships across police forces, central government, law enforcement and national‑security organisations
  • Working with product and technical teams to shape solutions and influence the product roadmap
  • Planning and attending events to build relationships across the wider public‑sector ecosystem
  • Potentially supporting future opportunities across European security and NATO‑adjacent organisations

What we’re looking for:

  • A successful track record of selling enterprise software, SaaS, data, analytics or AI solutions into the UK public sector
  • Direct experience selling into Policing, Law Enforcement, the Home Office and/or UKIC
  • Existing relationships within one or more of these markets
  • Strong knowledge of CCS frameworks, G-Cloud and central‑government procurement
  • Evidence of originating and closing complex new‑business opportunities
  • Experience selling into secure, sensitive or highly regulated environments
  • An understanding of the challenges involved in deploying and integrating technology within national‑security or law‑enforcement organisations
  • Experience managing long, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology
  • Strong written, verbal and stakeholder‑management skills
  • The ability to operate effectively within a collaborative, fast‑growing scale‑up

An existing SC or DV clearance would be highly advantageous. Candidates must, at minimum, meet the requirements to obtain UK security clearance.

The opportunity:

This role offers the chance to develop a strategically important market for a UK AI business whose technology supports complex intelligence and decision‑making environments. You will report directly to the CRO and have significant ownership over the company’s growth across Policing, Law Enforcement and the UK Intelligence Community. The position offers a base salary of £80,000–£100,000 plus OTE. It is hybrid, with an expectation of spending two days per week in the London office. Travel to UK customer sites will also be required.
