I’m partnered with a well-established UK Managed Service Provider that’s continuing to grow and is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an AM who enjoys building trusted relationships, owning renewals, and growing accounts in a sensible, well-run MSP environment.
The role
- Managing and growing long-term customer relationships
- Owning renewals, retention, and account expansion
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Acting as a trusted commercial point of contact
- Working closely with delivery and technical teams
This is a commercial, relationship-led role, not a support or service desk position.
