As an Account Executive (Strategic Partnerships), you’ll own the full sales cycle — sourcing, pitching, closing, and expanding relationships with high-performing recruiters and agencies.

It’s a rare sales motion that blends fast SMB velocity with enterprise-level deal values. A single agency partnership can easily become a multi–7-figure account.

🔑 What They’re Looking For

  • 3–8 years’ experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (ideally in a fast-paced startup)
  • Proven outbound sales skills
  • A track record of top performance (quota-crusher, promotions, President’s Club, etc.)
  • Strong relationship and account growth abilities
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in recruiting, fintech, or marketplaces
