About the Role
The Facilities Officer (Hard Services) is responsible for supporting the safe, compliant and efficient operation of building services across the estate.
The role will deliver non-technical planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities, undertake minor reactive maintenance works, support statutory compliance requirements and ensure facilities remain safe, functional and fit for purpose.
The post holder will act as a key on-site representative for Hard Services, working closely with occupiers, contractors and service providers to ensure high standards of building maintenance and customer service are maintained.
