The Westminster Foundation is looking for a Data & Insights Analyst to join us in creating lasting change for children and young people. This role will be the organisational lead for grants and impact data, with delegated authority over reporting standards and data quality. The role works closely with Grant Managers, the Grants Operations Coordinator, the Finance Manager, and the Communications team.

The Westminster Foundation provides long-term, sustainable support to vulnerable children, young people, and their families. Primarily a place-based funder in Westminster, Chester, Lancashire and Sutherland, we build meaningful partnerships with local charities rooted in their communities. Our focus is early intervention, identifying and addressing risks before they escalate, so children and young people get the support they need at the moments it matters most.

Our work goes beyond funding. We work alongside our partners to strengthen their organisations, encourage collaboration, and address the systemic conditions that hold deep-rooted problems in place. We amplify young people’s voices and listen closely to those on the frontlines, ensuring our work stays grounded, responsive, and impactful.

We are proud to serve as the primary charitable vehicle for the Duke of Westminster and Grosvenor businesses, uniting resources, relationships, and shared purpose to build brighter futures.

What we are looking for:

  • We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven professional who can confidently interpret both quantitative and qualitative information, identify meaningful trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable outputs.
  • You will be comfortable working with imperfect data, using tools such as Power BI, Excel and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) to produce high-quality reporting and dashboards, alongside designing and analysing surveys.
  • With strong data management and governance knowledge, including UK GDPR, you will ensure robust data quality while applying an equity and inclusion lens to analysis.
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator, you will work effectively across teams and partners, manage multiple priorities to deadline, and present complex findings in an accessible way to a range of audiences.

What experience and qualifications should you have:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, reporting or insight roles, with the ability to build dashboards and deliver programme or portfolio-level reporting.
  • Demonstrable track record of working with multiple data sources and producing clear outputs for senior decision-makers.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g. Power BI, Salesforce, data protection) and/or a degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development, particularly in emerging areas such as data ethics, AI, and impact measurement.

What we offer you:

  • Purposeful Work: Provide supporting data that helps our team contribute to long-term change for children and young people.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values integrity, trust, and respect.
  • Innovation & Influence: Be part of a foundation that’s reshaping how we can support communities.
  • Youth-Centred: Help embed youth voice at the heart of our decision-making.
  • Excellent benefits: Along with a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits including a generous non-contributory pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, company sick pay, and other benefits and discounts via our employee benefits platform.

This role is hybrid, and based at our Grosvenor Street Head Office, London W1K, with a requirement for occasional travel within the UK.
