Grosvenor, London Estate, is seeking an Investment Manager to lead cross‑sector capital transactions for a c. £5bn portfolio in Mayfair and Belgravia, reporting to the Director for the London Estate Investment team.

You will prepare investment appraisals, underwrite reports, and drive disposals, acquisitions, and capital raising across residential, retail, office and hotel assets, building strong external networks and delivering timely business recommendations.
