We think this is a special place to work. We’re all about delivering lasting commercial, social, and environmental benefit. This role sits within our UK Property Business ("GPUK"), where we focus on creating sustainable neighbourhoods where business, communities and nature can thrive. From London’s West End to vibrant urban centres around the UK, our teams deliver projects that balance long-term performance with social impact and environmental stewardship.

While we have over 340 years of history, we know that shaping the future requires curiosity, fresh perspectives, and bold ideas. That’s why we value diversity of thought and lived experience. We want our people to bring all of themselves to work - their knowledge, their insights, and their unique approaches to problem-solving.

What’s it like to work here? It’s purposeful, whether that’s innovative ways to tackle the climate crisis or engaging meaningfully with local communities. It’s commercial and ambitious, which you’ll see in our transformational development projects and diverse investment pipeline. It’s sociable, in our buzzing café and at our many events. It’s challenging, varied and supportive: contributing to inclusion and innovation is part of everyone’s personal goals here. We also enjoy a flexible work environment and because it’s a family business, we like to think we are a little less corporate too.
