Grosvenor Property UK is seeking a Building Safety Manager to lead fire and structural safety oversight across the London Estate, covering ~170 multi-occupied buildings and 14 HRBs. You will drive continuous improvement of the Building Safety Management System, coordinate with internal teams, managing agents, contractors and regulators, and ensure residents live safely and confidently in their homes.
