The Role
As a Flatbed Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining flatbed die-cutting machinery to produce high-quality cardboard and corrugated packaging.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating flatbed die-cutting machinery (e.g., Bobst or similar equipment) according to job specifications.
- Monitoring production runs to ensure optimum speed, quality, and minimal waste.
- Conducting regular quality checks to ensure all finished products meet our rigorous standards and client specifications.
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing routine first-line maintenance.
- Adhering strictly to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Accurately completing shift logs and production documentation.
Shift Details (Continental Pattern)
This role operates days and nights on a continental shift pattern, which offers an excellent balance of working blocks and extended time off.

- Shift Flexibility: Complete comfort working a rotating day and night continental shift pattern.
