The Business My client is a well established (5+ decades) company, working in a specialist niche of the UK Construction industry. They have multiple sites across the UK and this position is based at their most prestigious office close to Haydock. They are looking for an internal recruiter (not agency) with a couple of years experience in a UK business What you’ll do * Be the go-to partner for managers, spotting current & future talent needs * Create stand-out job adverts and sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn & beyond * Champion inclusive hiring by shaping job descriptions that attract diverse talent * Bring the brand to life at careers events & job fairs * Keep an eye on recruitment KPIs to make sure they are always improving * Own the onboarding journey so every new hire feels welcome from day one What we’re looking for * Proven experience in recruitment – internal not agency (Business Partner, Manager, or similar) * Hands-on expertise with sourcing, interviewing, job boards & ATS platforms * Great communicator with top-notch organisation skills * Up-to-date knowledge of labour legislation * A real passion for candidate experience and getting the right people into the right roles Why join You won’t just be filling vacancies, you’ll be shaping the future of the business.
