The Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Carrying out essential warehouse duties, including stock handling, efficient product storage, and maintaining a well-organized environment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Preparing and packing orders accurately, ensuring high attention to detail for precise product verification.
  • Deliveries: Executing professional, safe, and punctual deliveries to their local customers.
  • Customer Service: Acting as the professional face of the business during deliveries, ensuring friendly, customer-focused interactions and exceptional service.
  • Team Collaboration: Proactively supporting your colleagues during peak operational times to ensure smooth business continuity.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or delivery driving experience is highly beneficial.
  • Licensing: Full (Clean) UK driving license (Essential).
  • Attributes: Highly reliable, punctual, organised, and possessing excellent attention to detail.
  • Physical Fitness: Physically fit and comfortable with the physical demands of stock management and careful loading/unloading of products.
  • Mindset: A positive attitude to work, a willingness to take initiative, and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues through busy periods.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
