Responsibilities
- We want you to own and optimise our core platforms, including Orderwise, Hub Spot, Simpro, 3CX, Mailchimp, and Sage.
- We need you to support and amend our Orderwise‑based website as business needs evolve.
- We want you to audit our full IT estate, identify risks and redundancies, and build a forward‑looking roadmap.
- We need you to create custom reports across platforms so our leadership team can make informed decisions.
- We want you to identify practical opportunities for AI, LLMs, and AI agents and implement them where they add real value.
- We need you to write code to automate workflows, manage APIs, and solve problems across systems.
