My Client, one of the UK’s leading cardboard box manufacturers, a growing family-run business that’s passionate about growth, innovation, and (most importantly) their amazing team, has created this new position in their HR Team.
What you’ll get up to:
- Being the go-to support for all things HR – from recruitment to employee benefits.
- Proven track record of dealing with employee relationship matters in a fast-paced environment
- Helping to deliver exciting engagement, wellbeing & inclusion projects.
- Getting involved in training, development and workforce planning.
- Making sure our policies, processes and people strategies stay top notch.
- Bringing positive vibes and helping us shape an awesome workplace culture.
What we’d love from you:
- CIPD Level 3 as a minimum, with the desire to get to Level 5 and further
- At least 3 years’ HR experience, in a UK business, in a buzzing, fast-paced environment.
- A people-person with great communication & relationship skills.
- Organised, adaptable and always ready to make things happen!
