Our global client is a leading provider of Formwork and scaffold solutions, delivering advanced equipment and engineering expertise to major civil infrastructure, building, rail, power and utility projects across the UK and Europe.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the Construction Temporary Works sector, specifically within Formwork or Scaffold solutions. Based in Essex and covering the South East, this role offers the opportunity to take a leading position within the sales team, helping to shape strategy, drive new business and strengthen key client relationships across a diverse project pipeline.

Well known and highly respected within the industry, our client provides extensive support, training and access to an established client base, giving you the platform to succeed.

In this position you will:

  • Drive both new business development and existing client growth
  • Lead the Formwork sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify target construction projects in early stages to secure opportunities
  • Develop and manage a strong project pipeline to increase market share
  • Grow revenues from existing key accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

To be considered, you will have:

  • A proven track record in sales success
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within the Formwork / Scaffold industry
  • Experience selling Formwork and/or Scaffold solutions
  • Strong experience managing and growing key client relationships
  • Excellent networking and business development skills
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
