The Role & Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations: Carrying out essential warehouse duties, including stock handling, efficient product storage, and maintaining a well-organized environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Preparing and packing orders accurately, ensuring high attention to detail for precise product verification.
- Deliveries: Executing professional, safe, and punctual deliveries to their local customers.
- Customer Service: Acting as the professional face of the business during deliveries, ensuring friendly, customer-focused interactions and exceptional service.
- Team Collaboration: Proactively supporting your colleagues during peak operational times to ensure smooth business continuity.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous warehouse or delivery driving experience is highly beneficial.
- Full (Clean) UK driving license (Essential).
- Highly reliable, punctual, organised, and possessing excellent attention to detail.
- Physically fit and comfortable with the physical demands of stock management and careful loading/unloading of products.
- A positive attitude to work, a willingness to take initiative, and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues through busy periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Fork Lift Truck License: Whilst not essential, it is highly desirable.
