My Client, part of a rapidly growing business are expanding their commercial footprint and looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager to lead their outbound growth across the packaging manufacturing sector.
This is a pure hunter role designed for a sales professional who loves the thrill of winning new accounts, negotiating high-volume supply contracts, and leaving account maintenance to someone else.
- What You’ll Do
- Identify, target, and secure high-value commercial clients across target verticals (FMCG, e-commerce, food & beverage, logistics).
- Own the full outbound sales cycle from cold prospecting, discovery, and site visits to technical proposals and contract execution.
- Partner with internal designers to present bespoke, sustainable, and cost-optimised packaging solutions to procurement leaders.
- Consistently build and manage a pipeline to hit and exceed revenue targets.
