Are you an experienced Project Engineer with expertise in high-rise construction and climbing systems? Our client, a global, market leading construction company, delivers complex engineering solutions that shape the future of modern construction.
Your Role: As a Project Engineer, you will design and deliver advanced climbing platforms and protection systems for complex high-rise projects across the UK. You’ll work on some of the most challenging and innovative construction projects in the industry while collaborating with experts who are shaping the future of high-rise engineering.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing climbing systems and protection solutions for high-rise structures
- Collaborating with Sales teams and third-party engineers to validate system designs
- Managing the preparation of technical documentation
- Producing structural calculations and proof of stability in line with UK codes
- Preparing technical proposals and presentations for clients
- Designing custom components and producing assembly drawings
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
- 2+ years’ experience designing climbing systems for high-rise construction (or similar applications)
- Experience with CAD software
- Knowledge of RSTAB or similar structural analysis software
- Ability to work collaboratively on complex engineering projects
