My Client, one of the UK’s leading independent packaging manufacturers, passionate about innovation, responsibility, and doing the right thing, is looking for a B Corp & Sustainability Lead to help them push the boundaries even further. This is your chance to take the lead on their journey to Carbon Net Zero, embed real change across the business, and make sure sustainability isn’t just a policy – it’s part of their DNA. What you’ll do * Be the sustainability champion who sparks change across the company. * Own their ESG and B Corp goals, keeping them aligned with the UN Sustainability Goals. * Drive their Sustainability Taskforce and keep projects moving. * Turn bold ideas into measurable action – from emissions reduction to smarter manufacturing. * Make sure their work stands up to scrutiny – from EcoVadis to FSC certification. * Inspire colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to think and act sustainably. What you bring * 3+ years in a sustainability lead/coordinator role (you’ve walked the walk). * Solid knowledge of B Corp standards and ESG reporting. * Experience with EcoVadis (or similar), and FSC Chain of Custody. * Hands-on compliance know-how, ideally in manufacturing. * A genuine passion for the planet and the drive to make a difference. * Clear, confident communication skills that can influence at every level.
