We’re looking for an Operational Finance Manager to become a core member of the company, helping to shape the financial foundations of this business, which has bold growth plans over the next 3–5 years. The Role: As Operational Finance Manager, you’ll be a hands-on member of the onsite management team, working closely with operations and leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing / processing environment. You’ll have end-to-end responsibility for the financial operations of the business, including: Forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting Cost control, inventory management, and cash flow oversight Accounting, invoicing, and core accounting Supporting operational decision-making Building and leading the finance team as the business grows What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone ambitious, adaptable and excited to grow alongside the company. 3–5 years’ experience in operational finance (food/meat manufacturing/processing experience is required).
