Our client is one of the worlds leading asset managers with a focus in the emerging markets.

They are looking to hire a GC for one of their portfolio companies which specialises in healthcare building out private hospitals in wealthy emerging markets.

The role is based in London with an option to locate to the Middle East in future years should you wish.

The role reports and sits with the GC of the asset manager and owner of the fund based in London.

Ideal candidate will have strong Corporate and Private M&A experience who has exposure to hard asset M&A and regulatedindustryexperience(ideally but not necessarily healthcare) You will eventually have a team reporting to you as the new hospitals are built out.

A lawyer with gravitas and is able to carry the room will do well at this role as well as having commercial acumen for developing infrastructure.
