The Grosvenor Hotel is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Housekeeper to join our team on a zero-hour basis. This role is ideal for someone flexible who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and contributing to a positive guest experience. Shifts are offered based on business needs, including weekdays, weekends, and peak periods.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel standards
- Strip and remake beds efficiently
- Replenish linen, towels, and guest amenities
- Report maintenance issues, lost property, or damage promptly
- Follow health & safety and COSHH procedures
- Work independently and as part of the housekeeping team
- Support laundry tasks when required
- Provide occasional reception cover when required (training provided if needed)
