About the Role

The Grosvenor Hotel in Plymouth is seeking a reliable and flexible Hotel All-Rounder to primarily handle housekeeping duties, with some reception tasks and breakfast service. This role is ideal for someone organised, hardworking, and able to adapt to changing demands at short notice.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to hotel standards
• Changing bed linen and towels, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities
• Keeping public areas clean and tidy
• Assisting at reception, including answering phone calls and guest enquiries
• Checking guests in and out when needed
• Serving breakfast and setting up the breakfast area
• Completing additional reasonable tasks as requested by management

Hours & Contract

Zero-hours contract. Shifts can be any time between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Flexibility is essential, and candidates must be available within 1 hour\’s notice.

Pay

National Minimum Wage on a zero-hours contract.
