As Cinema Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, leading a team of cinema staff, and maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the daily operations of the cinema, ensuring an excellent guest experience at all times.
- Lead and motivate the cinema team, providing training and support where needed.
- Manage box office, concessions, and auditorium operations efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met throughout the venue.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and positive manner.
- Assist in scheduling, stock management, and cash handling.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth running of events and screenings.
