Grosvenor Nursery School & Day Care, a Local Authority Maintained Nursery School & Day Care, needs a Baby Room (0-2 Years) Early Years Educator to start as soon as possible. Must have a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in childcare.

Either:

  • 35 hours a week, Salary Grade B SCP 4 £24,546.35, 4 days a week 8am - 5.30pm. No set day off as it will depend on the needs of the nursery, may vary weekly. All year round, paid week off over Christmas and New Year.
  • 37 hours a week, Salary Grade B SCP 4 £25,949, 4 days a week 8am - 6.00pm. No set day off as it will depend on the needs of the nursery, may vary weekly. All year round, paid week off over Christmas and New Year.

Fixed Term until the end of August 2027.

We are looking for a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Baby Room Early Years Educator to join our dedicated nursery team working with children aged 0-2 years.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional early years care and supporting babies through their first stages of development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You will be part of a dedicated, friendly team providing outstanding care and education for our youngest learners. You will help children thrive through play, exploration, and learning - building the foundations for a bright future.

What you need:

  • A Level 3 or equivalent qualification in childcare.
  • An excellent knowledge of the EYFS.
  • A good safeguarding knowledge.
  • Previous experience of working with children from birth to 5 years old.
  • A real passion for delivering the very best childcare possible.

The candidate will be expected to attend staff meetings and some overtime may be available.
