Tier 2 Main Contractor based in Surrey covering New Build and Refurbishment Projects in the Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Residential Sectors are looking to recruit a Site Manager (No1) for a £2m Hospital Refurbishment in West London.

The role will include:

  • Coordinating sub-contractors
  • Responsible for all day-to-day site activities including H&S, Program, Progress Meetings, Site Inductions, RAMS, Client Liaison, dealing with external consultants
  • Reporting into a Visiting Contracts Manager

Candidate will have a stable, proven track record with Main Contractors and have worked on similar types of projects before.
