Finishing Manager Finishing Manager / Finishing Foreman required to join a regional contractor on a new Supported Independent Living Development in Surrey (near Reigate) The initial contract will last till around April time and there are similar follow on projects also in Surrey (Woking area) The successful applicant will work alongside the Site Manager and help take the houses and flats through to completion and handover. Experience of similar type projects would be beneficial. These are accessible units for residents and carers and not your standard house or flat. This position would potentially suit someone with a trade background who has worked as a Finishing Foreman previously.
