Tier 2 Main Contractor based in East London covering New Build Projects in the Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Residential and Care Sectors ranging from 5m - 20m in value in London and South East are looking to recruit a Design Manager.
Working from Head Office with Site Visits the role will include Pre Construction (PCSA) Design Management along with Delivery.
Duties will include Design Coordination, Buildability and Value Engineering, Compliance and Document Management, and dealing with external consultants, Client and Site Teams.
Candidates will have a stable, proven track record within Construction and will have work on similar projects before.
