Tier 2 Main Contractor based in Essex who cover Local Authority Residential Projects in London and South East are looking to recruit a Site Manager for Refurbishment Framework Projects in East Sussex dealing with Kitchen, Bathrooms, Windows, and Ceilings.

The role will include managing Subcontractors, H&S, Programme, Client Liaison, Site Inductions, RAMS, etc. and reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

Candidates will have a stable, proven track record within Construction and have worked on similar types of projects before.
