A London based consultancy have a new opening for a Temporary Works Design Engineer with ideally 3+ years' experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the design of temporary works, including (but not limited to) the following: scaffolding, party walls, piling mats, tower crane bases and mobile cranes. This consultancy also undertake permanent works, therefore knowledge of designing in this also would be advantageous. The job role will also involve site visits to conduct surveys, as well as a strong understand of temporary works design principles. Ideally the successful candidate with have a BEng/ MEng Civil or Structural Engineering degree, or the equivalent.
