We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our growing team at Grosvenor House Suites!

As a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry, you will work alongside a CDP - Pastry as well as a brigade of 13 chefs to achieve the highest standards of food preparation and guest satisfaction. You will have a passion for all things food with an eagerness to learn in a 5* hotel environment.

Your main duties include:

  • Organising and setting up your assigned section of the kitchen
  • Preparing food efficiently to minimise waste and overall costs
  • Ensuring a clean working space that meets clear hygiene standards
  • Preparing all dishes consistently and according to our standard recipes
  • Controlling the quality of the products used to ensure consistent freshness and quality for our guests

This is a full time, 40 hour contract.

About you:

  • 5 Star Hotel experience is advantageous
  • Pastry experience at DCDP level
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Basic Food Hygiene qualification
  • NVQ L2 food preparation or equivalent
  • Friendly, approachable, and willingness to learn
