An exciting opportunity has become available for a Guest Relations Manager to join our Front Office team at Grosvenor House Suites! The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily running of the Guest Relations department and supervising a team of two Guest Relations Executives.
As our Guest Relations Manager, you will be the overall conductor of an exceptional guest experience and the main contact for any VIP or group business.

About you:
- Proven experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel at Manager level
- Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken
- Experience of Middle Eastern guests
- Arabic speaking desired

- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Exceptional organisational skill
- Good knowledge of Opera
