An opportunity has arisen to recruit for a Front Office Manager to join and be responsible for our Front Office department at Grosvenor House Suites!

The Front Office Manager is a Head of Department and reports to the Director of Operations, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation and coordination of the Front Office team, ensuring optimum profitability and guest satisfaction, and adhering to the standards of service required in accordance with the company and suite policies, procedures and objectives.
