We are looking for an Assistant Head Concierge to join our Concierge team at Grosvenor House Suites! As one of two Assistant Head Concierge , you will assist the Head Concierge to ensure the smooth and efficient operation and co-ordination of the Concierge Department by providing a highly personalized service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by the hotel.
