We are looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Services Manager to join our Food and Beverage department at Grosvenor House Suites! The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members whilst maintaining the courteous and efficient service of Food and Beverage to guests in accordance with prescribed hotel policies and procedures. You will also support the Food and Beverage Manager in achieving set targets and goals in accordance with the hotel policies and procedure.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a Managerial or supervisory position within F&B outlet
  • Experience in the 5-star market
  • Food and Hygiene Level 2
  • Allergens Level 2
  • Excellent level of English
  • Competent computer skills, word, excel, power point, Opera
  • Excellent communicator at all levels
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Friendly, approachable and professional
  • Good leadership skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrates flexibility in work hours according to the needs of the business
