The Assistant Director of Finance is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operation and team in the Finance & Purchasing Office. Assist the Director of Finance in the administration of all financial aspects of the finance and accounting function for the hotel, to ensure that all company Policies and Procedures are observed, financial reports are submitted accurately and on time in compliance with statutory requirements, enforcing both internal controls and external audit requirements.
This is a maternity cover starting from July 2025 for approximately 6 months.
About you:
- Proven work experience in a similar role at Supervisory or Assistant Manager level
- Experience in fully self-accounting hotel environment
- Solid working knowledge and experience with Accounting, Purchasing and POS and Front Office software is required (preferably Oracle ERP/PBCS, Birchstreet, Micros and Opera)
- Excellent spreadsheet and word processing skills (Intermediate to Advance Level in Excel)
