Grosvenor Group is seeking an Investment Manager for its London Estate, a multi-sector capital transactions role within a c. Β£5bn portfolio.

You will identify, underwrite and execute cross-sector opportunities across residential, retail, office and hotel assets in Mayfair and Belgravia.

You will lead investment appraisals, disposals, hold/sell analyses and capital raising activities while building strong relationships with external agents, investors and internal stakeholders.
