The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

The purpose of this role is to lead our Belgravia marketing strategy and deliver all day-to-day marketing activity for each of Pimlico Road, Belgravia Village and Motcomb Street. Core activities will involve organising marketing events, leading on digital marketing activity and organising targeted PR to support the success of our retail occupiers. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Belgravia Asset Managers and the Belgravia Retail Director, as well as external PR advisors and other key external consultants to deliver the strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for execution of the marketing strategy for each Belgravia retail destination.
  • Manage all day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns for the three Belgravia retail destinations, working in conjunction with External PR and Marketing Consultants.
  • Manage each of the retail street location brands and act as a custodian of corporate brand values and identity.
  • Lead on the planning and delivery of all promotional campaigns, in-person events and the creation and organization of any advertising or promotional material.
  • Attract, review and recommend potential strategic partner relationships for one-off promotional activities or advertising opportunities across Belgravia.
  • Work with the digital marketing manager to update required digital channels and support digital marketing campaigns in line with the strategy (including social media).
  • Act as a key point of contact for occupiers, partnership organisations and key stakeholders on all marketing matters.
  • Attend property industry and community events and liaise regularly with retail occupiers to ensure our efforts are supporting their success and amplifying their own marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the marketing budget for Belgravia, tracking and monitoring spend.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of each marketing and PR campaign. Analyse results of the marketing activity and present return-on-investment metrics.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant business functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities, acting as a conduit between the retail and corporate marketing teams.

Key requirements

  • Track record of delivering marketing campaigns, ideally within a retail or destination context.
  • Experience in event planning and delivery.
  • Sound understanding of marketing principles.
  • Able to think strategically and deliver project goals.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident communicator, with excellent presentation skills and creative outlook.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Have a can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile and problem solve.
  • A qualification in Marketing, Management or Business Studies (preferred, not essential).
