The Westminster Foundation seeks a Data & Insights Analyst to lead grants and impact data across its operations in Westminster, Chester, Lancashire and Sutherland. The role will set reporting standards, maintain data quality and collaborate with Grant Managers, Grants Operations, Finance and Communications teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of organisational grants and impact data.
- Oversee reporting standards and data quality, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and governance best practices.
- Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel and Salesforce.
- Analyse surveys and other qualitative data to identify actionable insights for senior decision makers.
- Communicate complex findings in an accessible way to a range of audiences across teams and partners.
- Manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely delivery of high‐quality outputs.
- Apply an equity and inclusion lens to all analysis work.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years in data analysis, reporting or insight roles.
- Proven track record of building dashboards and delivering programme or portfolio‐level reporting.
- Experience working with multiple data sources to produce clear, actionable outputs for senior stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, data protection) and/or a degree in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of data management and governance, including UK GDPR.
- Commitment to professional development in emerging areas such as data ethics, AI and impact measurement.
