Job Overview
Grosvenor Hart Homes is a social enterprise and specialist registered provider of housing on a mission to improve the life chances of children, young people and their families.
We launched in 2023 and became a registered provider of social housing in June 2024.
The role of
Head of Governance & Regulatory Compliance is to ensure the organisation meets the highest standards in governance and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility for GHH governance and regulatory compliance, ensuring the organisation meets the highest standards in governance, probity and full compliance with all requirements.
- Act as the key contact with the Regulator of Social Housing and other relevant regulatory organisations.
- Oversee all arrangements for Board and Committee meetings, including annual governance and regulatory reviews and taking high quality minutes.
- Develop and oversee appropriate controls and procedures to provide relevant assurance to the Board.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Established Company Secretary or relevant degree level qualification and experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of the RSH Regulatory Framework and lead on regulatory returns.
- Exceptional relationship building and people management skills, with experience working effectively with Boards of Management and Committees.
- Location and Working Arrangements
The role can be based at the Chester or London office, with occasional travel between offices.
