These projects will range from upgrading smaller flats or houses (either for sale or for rent), to larger more complex schemes, including converting properties to be used as serviced apartments. This role will work collaboratively with the London Estate Investment, Asset Management and Project Management teams as well as finance, sustainability and the wider residential team.

- Build strong and collaborative external relationships with professional teams including planning advisors, contractors, design consultants, lawyers, and agents if required.
- Liaise closely with external stakeholders including the planning authority, the community and other influencers to enhance the success of each project, acting throughout as a compelling advocate for Grosvenor.
