Working in one of London’s most prestigious residential garden squares, you will act as the first point of contact for residents on Eaton Square, ensuring that customers are kept up to date with any issues and that all concierge services are delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver all concierge services required for the properties within your assigned section, including support for vulnerable adults.
- Own customer communication within the buildings, keeping residents informed on any issues as required.
- Act as the face of the Eaton Square team and the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they are updated on any reported issues.
- Build trust with residents and capture important feedback.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Conduct building inspections, ensuring safety and security at all times.
- Proactively manage the gardens in partnership with the Garden Landscape team.
- Work with the wider Operations and Grosvenor teams to contribute to sustainability and people‑positive goals.
- Provide concierge service on a rota basis, averaging 40 hours per week over a month, with a working day defined as 8am–6pm, including a 1‑hour lunch break and two 30‑minute breaks.
Requirements
- Experience in a high‑end, customer‑focussed position, ideally in a concierge role.
- Experience managing customer expectations and relationships, including with high‑profile and challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team to deliver customer requirements.
- Enhanced DBS check.
