Grosvenor Group is seeking a Direct Labour and Maintenance Manager for Eaton Estate, Chester.
You will lead a small in-house team (carpenters, masons, labourers, electricians) to deliver projects, planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency across the estate.
You will coordinate with the Director of Building Services and the estate management team, uphold RAMS and CDM requirements, and manage contractor and consultant oversight while driving continuous improvement.
