Grosvenor Facilities Management (GFM) is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join its responsive repairs team. As a mobile operative, you’ll work independently across Oxford area properties, managing workloads via CAFM and delivering right-first-time repairs.
You’ll handle tasks across plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating, use company tablets for work orders, and maintain safety and service standards while providing excellent customer service to occupants.
