Following a full restaurant refurbishment in Blackpool, we are now looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who can take a refreshed dining space, an established team, a busy bar operation and raise the standards across all of it.
This role is perfect for an experienced Hospitality, Restaurant or Food & Beverage Manager who thrives in busy venues, creates consistency, builds strong routines and inspires people to deliver exceptional guest service.

Your key duties & responsibilities:
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead a newly refurbished restaurant and a busy Casino bar, managing an established FOH team of up to 15 supported by 3 Team Leaders. You’ll be the visible, steady leader who brings structure, energy and high standards to every shift.
Day to day, you will:
- Lead the full FOH Food & Beverage operation in the Casino (restaurant + bars).
- Be the go‑to leader by supporting and guiding the team.
- Elevate service standards and embed consistent, high-quality routines.
- Coach, motivate and develop the F&B team and Team Leaders.
- Drive clear communication and smooth shift execution.
- Work closely with the Head Chef for seamless FOH/BOH coordination.
- Manage rotas, labour planning and overall team performance.
- Uphold compliance, safety, and exceptional venue presentation.

What we are looking for:
- Managerial experience within F&B, Hospitality, Restaurants or similar.
- Strong people leadership and ability to bring consistency to operations.
- Confident leading teams in fast‑paced service environments.

- Level 3 Food Safety (desirable).
Working hours and requirements:
The role requires evening and weekend work (24/7 Casino Operation). Must be 18+ with the legal right to work in the UK.
