Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the casino.
- Combine operational efficiency with exceptional guest hosting to ensure smooth gaming activities and high-quality service.
- Ensure compliance standards are met and your team adheres to regulatory and company requirements.
- Take a proactive approach to customer interaction, problem-solving, and creating an inviting, entertaining environment.
- Provide leadership, operational expertise, and a focus on delivering memorable experiences to drive guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Have previous casino management experience, with excellent knowledge of all UK gaming activities and proven success in achieving sales and yield targets.
- Hold a current PML Licence.
- Have a proven track record and ability to lead a team and communicate standards and targets for a successful casino.
- Be people focused with a passion for delivering first‑class customer experiences.
- Be able to demonstrate the company values and correct behaviours that support delivering on the mission to be the most loved Casinos in the UK.
- Have proven experience conducting/recording EDD and RG conversations with customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
This role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
